Owen Family Photos

What a beautiful morning to do a photoshoot.  We met at Yates Mill Pond and I have never seen so many photographers at one location!  This was my first time here and the only people I saw were there to get their photos taken or to take photos.  It is a really nice area though.  We went for a stroll and took pictures as we went and were able to get some really cute images. I love how the blue looked against the orange of the leaves.

 

 

Andrew's Graduation Photos

 Andrew Moss graduated today and since I did his Senior photos I  was asked to come and take some pictures of him in his cap and gown.  They even requested a jump for joy photo ... what a great family!

 

Moss Family

Today I had a photoshoot with the Moss family & extended family.  Autumn found the best place to take the pictures. This cute little bridge was right in their neighborhood and provided some shade from the heat but we couldn't take much more than 30 minutes with the mosquito and heat combo.  I seriously couldn't believe how easy it was to work with this family.  They were very attentive to do whatever was needed and everyone actually looked at the camera, was super friendly and gave great smiles!

Babb and Hollis Family

Sunday was a perfect day for a photoshoot, it was actually in the 70's!  I met the Babb and Hollis family at JC Raulston Arboretum to get some shots of every family combo we could come up with.  The kids were great, very patient and easy to work with...the adults weren't bad either. :)  Here are some from the day...

 

 

Merry Christmas 2010

Here is my family photo, always the hardest to take, I need to do an exchange with another photographer.
We try to take our family picture on a Sunday, right after church while we are still dressed up.  We were so fortunate to have a beautiful day to do it - right in the back yard. I later did each "kid" separately to frame.

Saturday I had my first Maternity Photoshoot and it couldn't have been with a better couple. The Meyer Family

Wow, last one of the day!  Beautiful children and dressed so adorable!  As you can see, I love to be able to get a nice portrait of the parents too.  I mean when was the last time you and your mate had a nice picture taken? It's usually only about the "family" or the kids but it's important to remember there is a couple behind the family.
